Finding What You Need at the Library: the First-Year Student's Guide to Thrive

Finding What You Need at the Library: the First-Year Student's Guide to Thrive

Meet & greet your librarians to learn how to find all the resources and support you will need to succeed and save you time this semester! Learn about library books, study spaces, lendable equipment, research databases, resource guides, subject specialists, and how library staff can help you find the information you need (even when you don't know what it is yet!).

This workshop will include a few social activities, a live demo of the library website, and time for questions. Snacks provided for attendees.

Meet on the Plaza Level of the Library just in front of the iDesk. A librarian will be there to welcome you and bring you to the classroom space.
