Destress with Mindfulness

Are you feeling overwhelmed with the business of the fall semester and all you have to do? Come take a moment to learn about how to de-stress and center your mind with mindfulness meditation. 

Nishelli Ahmed of Student Health and Wellness will lead a one hour introduction to mindfulness workshop for interested students, faculty, or staff.  Attendees will learn about different types of mindfulness and why it is beneficial.

No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary.  Apple cider, cucumber water, and small snacks will also be offered.  This event is organized by UConn Wellness Library Collection members.  To register for this event, please scroll down the page and click on the blue "Begin Registration" button below.  Looking forward to seeing you there!
